I can’t fault the service I recived from Alanah by text she was so so helpful as I ordered the wrong Automizers so she sent me out the correct ones by special delivery along with a free prepaid envelope for me to send the ones back that I ordered in the wrong size! Alanah also helped me out with a new tank that I broke but had Baugh from a garage but I didn’t have a receipt but on this occasion she spoke to her manager an she sent me a new tank out an it is a better one which I’m made up with as it’s a top fill not bottom so it’s easy to fill my arc mini ? I will definitely be ordering from here again because they go above and beyond to help you. Thankyou! Lovley service ??

So I decided to stop smoking cigarettes, over 20 years and wanted to vape.....I was recommended Totally Wicked and I must say, the service I received was absolutely amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and they helped me to decide which vape was suitable to me...I went with the Switz3, which was definitely the right choice for me ?!!! In terms of the e-liquid, I went with the Symphonic 0.3...I wanted to go for a low one!!! It’s now been 25days and I must say, it’s been the best decision I made...Thank you Totally Wicked ??????

Amazing customer service. Andrea not only contacted me after I placed my order, she also followed up to check it had arrived...which it hadn't (Royal Mail at Fault). She then resent my order, which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't fault them at all. The vape and the liquid are also great!

I used Totally Wicked when I decided to quit smoking 3 weeks ago. I bought the Arc 5 and, after smoking for almost 13 years it's now been 3 weeks since I touched a cigarette. They followed up my first purchase of a vape with an email that had lots of information on, links, contact information and discount codes. I have been really impressed with the ease of being able to contact a knowledgeable person to answer my questions and solve any problems I may have had (losing the mouthpiece to my vape, which they sent me a new one out free of charge). Delivery is also free and only days a couple of days to arrive which was great! On top of that, there are also often discounts on the website which makes the products great value for money.

Swift reply to my query and a quick resolution and friendly correspondence. 5* service truly justified.
